Taught by James Shore, highly-respected author of “The Art of Agile Development”, and Diana Larsen, chair of the Agile Alliance and co-author of the acclaimed “Agile Retrospectives,” this training course provides knowledge you need to accelerate the adoption and practice of agile development. This is not a sit-back-and-listen course. Participants form cross-functional teams and plan a real project. The practice planning sessions are interspersed with interactive workshops to ensure practical application to experience and remember what is taught.
