Overview
Taught by James Shore, highly-respected author of “The Art of Agile Development”, and Diana Larsen, chair of the Agile Alliance and co-author of the acclaimed “Agile Retrospectives,” this training course provides knowledge you need to accelerate the adoption and practice of agile development. This is not a sit-back-and-listen course. Participants form cross-functional teams and plan a real project. The practice planning sessions are interspersed with interactive workshops to ensure practical application to experience and remember what is taught. Participants learn how to build the best foundation for their software projects and continue to maximize their value through the delivery process.
